Head Girl - Daisy

I am so excited for the year ahead, listening to your ideas, and making Holy Family even better. Some ideas that have come to me are…

• Having secondary school students who went to Holy Family come back and talk to Year 6 students about secondary school, to make the adjustment easier.
• Cutting down on plastic to make our community environmentally friendly.  Eg; can we re-use water bottles, recycle bags etc? 
• Making teachers' time at Holy Family as enjoyable as possible; all ideas welcome!
• Introducing sanitary products in the girls bathroom.

I am delighted with this responsibility.  Some people might think of it as a job, I think about it as an honour, and an opportunity to strive even more in my last year at Holy Family.

Head Boy - Eric

I am glad to have this position in this school and I hope I will have a good impact on the community. 

In this school I hope to achieve many great changes that will help others. One of them is making this school a place where children would be able to fully enjoy it, not just pretend to, or enjoy it only when they do something they like, but always. 

I also want to achieve personal excellence for myself and for others, to show how great God's creation is - for example, by looking up to God or even just looking up to me.

The final thing that I want to achieve is to be a well known person that others can talk to and tell me what they need help with or what the school needs to improve.

Deputy Head Boy - Maieul

I am proud to be presented to you as the new Deputy Head Boy of the Holy Family School. This year I will cooperate with you and aim to voice many of your ideas as well as mine. 

Over the last summer I have considered what my goals and the things I would love to achieve at our school. Depending on our budget, we should try and rebuild the prayer garden with a larger area and a more holy place with a beautiful atmosphere to pray within. Secondly, I propose that we organise a dance festival celebrating the diversity of all the cultures around the world. It could be from Years 1 - 6. And finally, for all our football fans, we could organise a football match with pupils versus the teachers. I hope you really like my ideas because I really can't wait to put them forwards and into action. Remember, if you ever need to find me, I will be in 6JP, ready to assist you.
