Dear Year 3 Parents,

FIRST SACRAMENTS 2023:  Only families who are resident within the Parish Boundary or who have already registered as Parishioners at Holy Family Church are eligible to join the First Holy Communion Programme of Preparation.  Unless, therefore, you meet one or more of these criteria I regret that I must ask you to contact the Parish in which you reside to join their Programme of Preparation.  Please see the Parish Microsite at parish.rcdow.org.uk/actonwest and click on Parish Life and then Sacrament Preparation or Parish Newsletter for further information.
