RE homework is set fortnightly on a Friday and is due in on the following Wednesday.  

Our topic for this term is: In The Beginning

We will be learning about the story of Creation, with a focus on Genesis 2, and explaining belief in the nature of God drawn from these passages. We will study Pope’s Francis message to us in Laudato Si’ and find ways in which we can care for our common home and encourage others to do the same. We will study psalms and explain why people pray the psalms, ending the term by praying them together. Our Catholic Social Teaching for this half term will be focussing on Solidarity and the Common Good.

We will have weekly Collective Worship led by the children. A different pair of children will plan and lead this each week. They are encouraged to create or bring things from home to add to the Collective Worship.
