I hope you have all been keeping yourselves busy with creative ideas, good food and exercise!
I have been trying to keep my brain busy with some creative ideas too and I have started colouring in the dinosaur that I showed you last week… see below for what it looks like so far.
I have also started to do a 1000 piece puzzle which I will show you next week and have done a little drawing, for a birthday card.
The weather was amazing last week and I’ve been making the most of it. I have gone out for some walks and runs in my local park which has been really nice! I was nominated by a friend to run 5 kilometres which I will do in the next few days, my aim is to do it in under 20 minutes and 30 seconds. What do you think you could do it in? I’ve also been doing my daily workout routine with my partner. What have you been doing to keep yourselves fit and healthy?
I have decided to set you all a weekly fitness challenge… are you up for it? You can practice it each day and time yourself when you feel ready.
This week’s is going to start nice and simple, but is still a tough one!
