For an In-Year application, please complete the Supplementary Information Form below and return in person to the school office, providing proof of address (such as utility bill, bank statement must be within 3 months old), and child's baptism certificate if applicable.

You must also contact Ealing Council Admissions to be put on Holy Family's waiting list, once both steps have been done our Governing Body can rank according to the Admissions Policy 2022-23. Postal applications will not be accepted.
